Tecweigh offers the longest product warranty in the industry. During the warranty period, any defect will be repaired or replaced without charge.

Warranty Policy

Tecweigh warrants equipment of its manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship if properly installed, maintained, and operated under normal conditions with competent personnel and supervision, but not resulting from ordinary wear, corrosion, or erosion. The warranty period which applies to Tecweigh products is one year.

During the warranty period, any defect will be repaired or replaced without charge providing the equipment is returned pre-paid and undamaged to Tecweigh factory. When on site repair or replacement is required, a Tecweigh authorized distributor or technician can be hired to diagnose and make necessary repairs.
